Locations for my new film

Compayne Gardens (North London)

I feel as if this location is most appropriate for part of my film. This is because it is very close to my house meaning very little time would be wasted on travelling to the location. Secondly, it is an ordinary street which we feel is key to our filming as we want it to look like an ordinary day in the life of a teenager. Furthermore, the walls on these streets are pretty high. This is essential as in one of our scenes we want the muggers to pin the victim up against a wall, therefore this should work.

Bridge (North London)

I feel as if this location would be particularly effective for our thriller film. This is for a number of reasons. Firstly, this is because the location has a sense of mystery and eeriness. The bridge is small and compact meaning it is easy for the camera to capture the whole scene and location. Secondly, it is natural making it normal and realistic for someone to be walking across it.

Council estates (North London)

I felt that Council estates would be another great location for my film. This is because the area around this council estate looked a bit rough and dodgy. This would therefore make it perfect for the 'mugger' to be around the area at the time.
